Description
Still organic red wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Chantal Lescure, 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. 100% Pinot Noir. A wine made from a vineyard cultivated entirely using certified organic methods since 2006. The soil is clay-limestone, very stony. Harvested by hand. Maceration and fermentation are gentle, with natural yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 12-4 months. However, 20% to 30% of the cuvée is aged for 6-8 months on the lees, in single- or double-wine barrels.
