Grapes are owned and come from the farm of Enrico's parents, who work Moscati d'Asti, Barbera d'Asti and Chardonnay vineyards, with the experience gained in decades of activity.
The goal is to produce wines in an artisanal way, without altering the characteristics of grapes and keeping the typicality of the vineyards used: our wines must enter the market at the right time, without haste.
The goal is to expand skills and knowledge vintage after vintage, experimenting with different types of fermentation and aging.
