Description
A still red from Argentina, specifically from the Uco Valley, 14.5% ABV, produced by Bodega Buscado Vivo o Muerto. Blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. 0.75 L bottle, 2016 vintage. A wine born from the desire to produce unconventional wines, exploring marginal terroirs and unique grape varieties. Micro-fermented in plastic crates from the harvest, then transferred to small concrete vats with natural yeasts for 17 days. Aged for 14 months in French oak (22% new). On the nose, aromas of red fruit are detected, accompanied by light vanilla notes. Ruby red in color. On the palate, the wine is structured, pleasant, and long, a wine that embodies the essence of winemaking research.
