Pairings The Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is conducive to many food pairings. It is a wonderful companion as an apƩritif, served with grilled prawns or Pata Negra, and invites itself to the table when there is poultry, game birds or even a finely smoked fish, such as sea bass and red mullet. Its character, which is both lively and intense, will also pair well with more savoury and spicy dishes; those with sweet and savoury notes such as tagine or Indian pork.

The Maison 'Bruno Paillard' was established from the desire of its founder to create a Champagne that was very different from others, very pure.

According to Bruno Paillard, a great Champagne is first and foremost a blend of wines: first and foremost of crus, of grapes, but also vintages always with this desire to capture the quintessence of finesse and elegance that Champagne can offer when it is served lovingly.
