Description
Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Extra Brut, produced by Bruno Paillard in the Champagne region. A classic method extra brut that expresses all the finesse of Pinot Noir, with a fine and persistent perlage. Aged for 3 years on the lees. On the nose, an explosion of aromas: red rose petals, Burlat cherry, pink grapefruit, and Timut pepper. With aeration, a bouquet of sweet spices and a sensation of freshness unfolds. On the palate, the chiseled, chalky texture announced on the nose returns. A surprising and succulent attack, where the salinity and delicacy of the fruit intertwine, evoking the food pairing. The depth of the wine unfolds over time with notes of cherry pulp, kumquat, and quince. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish, seafood, white meats, and cheeses.
