Berlucchi, one of the most iconic Italian wine brands, has released a limited edition of only 5000 bottles of its Riserva Franco Ziliani Franciacorta 2008. This excellent sparkling wine is made from the best Chardonnay and is a tribute to Franco Ziliani's 90th birthday, and the 60th anniversary of Franciacorta's existence.
The label of the bottle is adorned with a brass decoration, making it a symbol of great value. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the best parts of the Arzelle vineyard and offer a rich, golden yellow color with a lively nuance. The aroma is characterized by hints of yellow fruit, pastries, and candied orange, while on the palate, it offers great freshness, a clean taste, and an excellent structure, all balanced by good acidity and a salty aftertaste, which gives it a long finish and great aging potential.

Wine making	The "heart" of the flower must, obtained by soft and progressive pressing, undergoes alcoholic fermentation in steel vats; at the end, some batches are transferred to oak barriques, where they age for 6 months in contact with yeasts.
Aging	Preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, with 100% of the best selections of the vintage. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent ageing in contact with the yeasts for at least 11 years and 7 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months after disgorgement.
