A classic method brut sparkling wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of the Baudin family, active since the 18th century. The Baudin family has been working the vine since the end of the 18th century.

Seniority that has allowed us to continue traditions, while seeking to always improve our work and make it evolve.

Mr Baudin Patrice, the current manager of the company, has been working on the farm since the age of 16, and is still working on it.

From the vineyard to the finished bottle nothing escapes him, he is present at every step.
