Description
Champagne Réserve 4 Cépages Extra Brut, an organic extra brut classic method from the Champagne region, produced by Robert Barbichon. A tribute to the tradition and passion of the Barbichon brothers, third-generation winemakers. On the nose, sweet notes of chamomile and mint, chicory, eucalyptus, and citrus notes. A wine that best expresses the terroir of the Côte des Bar, with a blend of 89% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Blanc, 3% Pinot Meunier, and 2% Chardonnay. The palate is broad, yet slightly compressed, with a finish of pomegranate and raspberry. An extra brut distinguished by its elegance and complexity, ideal as an aperitif or a refined meal.
