Description
A still, green red from Lombardy, 14% ABV, produced by Ar.Pe.Pe. 100% Nebbiolo, 2018 vintage. A Valtellina Superiore Riserva that tells the story of a family of winemakers dedicated to growing Nebbiolo for over 150 years. Harvested on October 22nd, maceration of the pomace for 20-25 days, aged for 4 years in 50hl barrels, concrete vats, and bottle. Subtle, ethereal, with notes of cherries and plums preserved in alcohol, hazelnut, nutmeg, cloves, and tobacco. An austere, velvety, elegant wine with great freshness and balance.
