Still red from Valtellina Superiore DOCG, 14% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, produced by Ar.Pe.Pe. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A wine that embodies the history of a family of winemakers who have been cultivating Nebbiolo in Valtellina for over 150 years, a unique region where everything is still done by hand. Maceration for 85 days in 50HL wooden vats. Aged for 34 months in 50HL vats and barrels, steel, and bottle. A wine that best expresses the character of Alpine Nebbiolo.
