Description
Still red Barbera d'Alba DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Angelo Negro. 100% Barbera, 2023 vintage. A Barbera that expresses the excellence of the Roero region, with a family history dating back to 1670. Traditional maceration in stainless steel for approximately 15-18 days with two delestages. Aged for approximately 16 months. Intense aroma with notes of blackberry and cherry. Deep, dense, almost impenetrable red color. Warm on the palate, reminiscent of ripe fruit and plum jam.
