Description
Still organic white wine, 12% ABV, produced by Alois Lageder in Trentino-Alto Adige. 100% Chardonnay, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and freshness of mountain Chardonnay, with an organic approach that enhances its purity. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, aged for approximately four months on the fine lees. The bouquet is characterized by discreet aromas, a pronounced, fresh, fruity (peach, melon, citrus) and floral bouquet, with mineral notes that recall the terroir. The color is bright, clear, straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balanced, fruity, soft, and dry, perfect for pairing with delicate dishes.
