Still white Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, 13% ABV, produced by Alain Geoffroy in Burgundy, France. 100% Chardonnay, 2023 vintage. A Chablis Premier Cru that expresses the quintessential Chablis terroir, with fresh notes of white flowers and hints of freshly baked bread. The estate, founded in 1850, passionately cultivates its vineyards, preserving tradition. Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Powerful, rich, and elegant, with a very long finish.

Vinification is carried out strictly in steel tanks, to preserve the freshness but above all the typicality of Chablis wines, where each cru has its own peculiarity that can be perceived right from the nose and where even the smallest differences in terroir are reflected in the individual wines.
