Story The Aberfeldy distillery still uses traditional production methods, established between 1896 and 1898 by its founders John and Tommy Dewar. Production uses water from the Pitilie Burn, a small river in Speyside prized for the purity of its water, rich in minerals and gold deposits. A 100% Scottish product, generated by an ageing process lasting more than two decades. Aberfeldy 21 Years Old is the finest Scotch in the Aberfeldy family, still distilled today in the old distillery dating back to 1896. Aberfeldy single malts do not leave their homeland during the entire production process, from distillery to bottling. This is why they can claim the exclusive title of "Original Scotch Whisky".
