Vue Blanche Estelle

From a deep and unconditional love for Champagne, the four-handed wine project was born, conceived and carried out by Enrico Baldin and Nadia Nicoli, who today responds to the name of Encry and that of the Maison Vue Blanche Estelle. Departing from Italy, after crossing the Alps, Enrico and Nadia's dream took shape in very few hectares of vineyards, located in Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, one of the seventeen Grand Cru of the Champagne AOC.

In the heart of the Côte de Blancs, since 2007, in a few years the Encry Champagne have reached such quality levels as to attract the full attention of the sector's critics. Capacity, perseverance and entrepreneurial competence have set the pace, so that from the not even three hectares of vineyards are born refined and elegant labels, which offer glasses rich in exciting sensations.

Day by day, in a challenge full of pitfalls and obstacles, the most ancient and secular peasant and artisan methods, belonging to an almost mythological territory, are revived. It is from this work that precious bottles come to life, in which the Champagne reflect the uniqueness of the terroir from which they come, and above all they are able to get to give a sip of absolute qualitative level, able to compete with that of the most renowned and noble Maison of Champagne.
