Sensitive, curious and dedicated, Erick SCHREIBER marks his generation with his convictions. He carefully observes, analyses and studies the cultivation of vines and the soil. He experiments with different champagne-making processes. He is constantly searching for ways to improve his work.
Conscious of the influences of the cosmos on nature, using biodynamic agricultural methods was a matter of course for him. Biodynamic agriculture, improves the soil, helps to balance soil life and produces more intense, more complex champagnes. Passionate about nature since he was a young child, he spent his formative years in a rural, wine-growing area. This sensitivity and awareness of the natural environment never left him. He trained in wine-growing and eventually established his vineyard in the 1980s.
