Founded in 1987, the Agnès and Didier Dauvissat estate is located in Beine near Chablis.
All our plots were planted by us with the Chardonnay grape on soils consisting of clay-limestone marl and small fossilized oysters (Kimmeridgian).
These two criteria, added to an optimal exposure to the sun, leave to the wines of Chablis its unique aromas.
