Chateau Margui
The winery, renovated in 2018, is organised on 3 levels allowing a flow of juices in total gravity and prevents all pumping. On the 2nd floor at reception, the harvest is sorted on the table. After scraping the grains are moved to the 2 pneumatic presses of the 1st floor controlling the very delicate process of pressing. The juices are then simply transferred to the winery on the ground floor, where the temperature is carefully monitored.
