Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige, 14% ABV, produced by San Michele Appiano. 100% Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the passion and tradition of a historic winery with over a century of viticulture experience. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barriques. Aged on the lees in barriques for 11 months. A vanilla bouquet on the nose, reminiscent of ripe apples and pears. Intense straw yellow color. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, pleasantly acidic with elegant nuances, slightly smoky, and a lingering aftertaste.
