Still organic white wine, Menfi DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Planeta in Sicily. 100% Chardonnay, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the elegance of Sicilian Chardonnay, with meticulous vinification that enhances its characteristics. Fermentation for 8 days in barriques at 18-20°C, aged for 10 months in barriques. It opens with toasted notes of melted butter, accompanied by wildflower honey, nectarine, and golden delicious apple. Mineral tones of gunpowder, aromatic herbs, and white pepper follow. Soft and warm, with a full structure, it exudes elegant flavors and balance.

Malolactic fermentation is almost fully carried out. |
