Still organic white wine from Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine from a winery with a history dating back to 1908, with a particularly dedicated team. The grapes are hand-picked and delivered in small containers, known as bins. Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in concrete spheres, oak (Pyramid), and steel tanks. Aging with malolactic fermentation and maturation on the fine lees in concrete spheres, oak (Pyramid), and steel tanks.
