Description
Aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 15% ABV, produced by Hofstatter. 100% Gewürztraminer. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer that enchants with its aromatic intensity and its ability to express the Termeno terroir. Vinification and maturation are carried out exclusively in stainless steel, on the lees, for a total of 7 months. A brief maturation period before release. The know-how of 5 generations. Aromas, especially peaches and apricots, intertwine with exotic scents of lychee, mango, and passion fruit. Intense yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, its flavors are enhanced, without losing its refined acidity. This prevents this wine from being too full-bodied, despite its evident concentration.
