Description

The history of Ruinart Rosé has been written since the 18th century. Although we are now 250 years removed from the creation of the rosé champagne from the Maison Ruinart, excellence, a fundamental value, continues to characterise the production of this delicate wine.

The nose is fresh and delicate with aromas of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete the wine's complex and intense aromatic profile.

On the palate, the opening is distinct and full, lulled by a sweet effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully expressed. The balance combines a delicious freshness and a voluptuous body, expressed by an elegant refreshing touch of mint and pink grapefruit.

Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house, exclusively producing champagne since 1729. Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the Champagne region in the city of Reims.

The uncle of Nicolas Ruinart, Dom Thierry Ruinart, for whom the house's flagship wine is named, was a close friend of Dom Pérignon.
