Distillerie Bianchi

Our story begins in 1950: it starts in Sarzana, passes through Genoa and takes shape in Marsala. By acquiring a portion of the historic Woodhouse Baglio, known as Baglio del Cannizzo, Leone fulfilled his dream and became part of the history of a truly unique place. Leone Bianchi, a Tuscan shipowner who had supplied the northern Italian ports for years with the finest Marsala, decided in 1950 to move to this corner of Sicily and channel his entrepreneurial intuition into the world of wine.
