Extra Brut Champagne, produced by Wirth-Michel in the Champagne region of France. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier, 17% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. An Extra Brut born from the passion of a family that has cultivated grapes for five generations. On the nose, fragrant aromas of fresh citrus and fruity notes are complemented by light buttery notes. The palate is bright and fresh, with subtle, youthful fruit, a fine creaminess, and a long, substantial finish.

Three generations live together today: Alain Wirth the grandfather, now retired; Nathalie Michel, his daughter who succeeded him after studies in Biology and Physiology, a busy family life with the birth of three children including Antonin Michel who after studies in Commerce, Marketing and management in Mexico, additional training in viti -oenology in Burgundy has returned to the estate.
The vineyard of just over 4 Ha is spread over a range of terroirs and distinct villages in the southern Côteaux of Epernay: Moussy, Vinay, Brugny-Vaudancourt, Saint-Martin d´Ablois.
Major components of our soils, clay and limestone allow meunier (75% of our vineyard), chardonnay (23%) and pinot noir (2%) to draw the resources necessary for their deep expression and elaboration of our Champagne wines. Read more
