From this winery
With the 'Vigne Sannite' wines, the company is committed to enhancing the value of the terroir with its indigenous vines and the thousand-year-old tradition of 'cultivating vines'.

Belonging to the CECAS group, 'Vigne Sannite' represents a reality of cooperation between selected producers in the Sannio region, an area with a high density of vines and the highest degree of production specialisation.

It is precisely the terroir’s richness and very high viticultural vocation that drives the group to work towards the production of 'Origine' wines of the highest quality value, powerfully expressive of all that is traditionally Sannio wine, aiming at containing production costs with impeccable control of all production phases to make wines with an excellent quality-price ratio to compete in the international market.

Tradition, innovation, and strict control of all production and processing phases, with in-house technicians, represent the guide to everyday work. The selection of the different production areas, the selection of native vines, which have always been present in the terroir, and the rigour of the processing in a technologically state-of-the-art plant represent guarantee factors for the high level of quality and expression of the terroir.

Since 2005, the company has been collecting grapes from vine growers of Sannio for the production of "Vigne Sannite" D.O.C. Sannio and I.G.P. Beneventano brand wines in the Aglianico, Piedirosso, Barbera, from red grapes and Falanghina, Greco, Coda di Volpe, Fiano, from white grapes.
