Description
Still white wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Venica in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2024 vintage. A wine born from a long family tradition, with grapes macerated for 4–8 hours at 14°C directly in the presses, protected from oxygen. The must ferments and ages on the lees for 6 months both in large 20–27 HL wooden barrels (10%) and in steel tanks (90%). Bright coppery, the natural color obtained from this grape with a brief maceration on the skins. Intriguing bouquet ranging from mimosa to jasmine, acacia, ginger, pink pepper, pear, and rennet apple, all wrapped in a frame of citrus nuances and resting on a mineral trail. Lively and savory on the palate, with consistent aromatic returns, for a refreshing, juicy, intense and flavorful sip, creamy but with just the right amount of acidity. A long and vibrant finish.
