| Story | Our Pinot Bianco vineyards are located within the DOC Collio territory. An elegant French grape variety from Alsace, for 150 years it has taken up permanent residence in the Friulian territory, finding the optimal climatic conditions to exalt all its qualities with discretion, without ever exaggerating. Difficult to manage, it loves cool areas, needs good light and requires a lot of care. A delicate variety, between the rows but also in the glass: Pinot Bianco conquers with its finesse, like a fresh caress in the mouth, and can therefore be considered among the most elegant white wines in the world. |
| Origin | Dolegna del Collio (GO) |
| Harvest | The grapes were harvested by hand and destemmed on 14 September. |
| Wine making | After harvesting, the grapes are macerated for about 12 hours at a temperature of 10 2 °C in special containers, protected from oxygen with innovative systems by recycling their own fermentation carbon dioxide, in order to reduce the intake of antioxidants. |
| Aging | The must ferments and matures on the lees for 5 months in both large 20-27 HL wooden barrels (40%) and steel containers (60%). |
| Total acidity | 4.5 gr/L |
| Allergens | Contains sulphites |
