Description
Porto Valdouro 10 Years, a sweet fortified wine from Portugal, produced in the Douro region. A Port that tells the story of a unique terroir, with intense aromas of cherry, dried plum, and notes of almond and caramel. Vibrant acidity and a full body on the palate, with ripe, fine tannins, a fruity flavor with woody notes. Made from Tempranillo, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Francesa grapes, this wine undergoes intense maceration and interrupts fermentation with the addition of brandy distilled from the wine.
