Organic red Barolo DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Vajra. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Barolo that expresses the elegance of Nebbiolo, with aromas of rose, morello cherry and cherry stone, licorice, mint, and sweet spices. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels. On the palate, it is juicy, with dark cherry notes, silky tannins, and a long, savory finish. Awarded 92 points by Decanter, 96 by James Suckling, and 96 by the Parker Guide. Ideal with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
