Description
Still white wine from Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13% ABV, 100% Ribolla Gialla, produced by Toros. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a family of winemakers who have cultivated vines with passion for generations. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. Vinification is off the skins with gentle pressing at a controlled temperature. On the nose, the wine is floral, fruity, and elegant. Pale straw yellow in color.
