Description

Alto Adige DOC still white wine, 14% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Pinot Bianco, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Bianco that expresses the elegance and freshness of Alto Adige, produced by a family that has been dedicated to viticulture for five generations. Fermentation and aging for ten months: 50% in large oak barrels with regular batonnage, 25% in concrete barrels, and 25% with malolactic fermentation in tonneau. After blending, the wine ages for another two months in concrete barrels, before being bottled and aged for five months in the bottle. It presents an intense floral bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of ripe apples. Bright yellow with green highlights. The body is powerful and well-proportioned, with a long and persistent finish. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry, subtle and velvety, fresh and lively.
