Description
A still red from Napa Valley, California, 14.5% ABV, produced by The Mascot. 2019 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Cabernet Sauvignon made from the Harlan family's youngest vineyards, a project that celebrates the winemaking tradition of Napa Valley. The sedimentary, rocky soil gives the wine a unique structure. The wine presents a broad spectrum of aromas and fruit, with a deep red color. On the palate, it is delicate and velvety, with refined tannins that invite further tasting. A wine that expresses the excellence of California's terroir, perfect for pairing with grilled meats and elaborate dishes.

Promontory, whose land the family acquired in 2008, is led by the family’s second generation and represents a 21st-century approach to winegrowing.
