A Grand Cru made from vineyards located in the villages of Oger and Le Mesnil, with a vinification process that enhances the purity of the Chardonnay. Spontaneous fermentation, 80% in barrique, 20% perpetual reserve wine (from 2014 to 2018). Complete malolactic fermentation. A wine that embodies the excellence of the region, with a fine perlage and a complex bouquet.
