Still white wine from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV. Blend: 50% Pinot Bianco, 30% Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, 20% Malvasia. Produced by Ronco dei Tassi in Cormòns. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion and commitment of a family that has been cultivating vines with respect for nature for years. Delicate and elegant, with hints of anise, yellow peach, and yogurt. Our philosophy in the vineyards is simple and straightforward. We pay great attention to how the land is cultivated and how the vineyards are managed with rigorous and frequent inspections (both qualitative -- visual, as well as quantitative -- analytical).

It is our belief that in so doing we are able to bring to the winery the best and healthiest fruit allowing us to transform it into wine in the simplest and most natural way possible.
