A Champagne excellence, with a fine perlage and captivating elegance. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of tradition. Straw yellow. The majority are on hillsides - the Kimmeridgian, which is also found in Chablis - but the particularity of the Meurville vintage, in addition to the thinness of the soil in general, lies in the presence on the plateau overlooking the village of Portlandien pure (an almost exclusive Champagne) offering even poorer soils.
