Description
Still red Barolo DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Prunotto. 100% Nebbiolo, 2020 vintage. A Barolo made from the splendid Cerretta vineyard in the Serralunga area. Upon arrival at the winery, the selected grapes were destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasted approximately 80 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Malolactic fermentation was completed before the end of winter. The wine then aged in oak barrels of varying capacities for at least 18 months. Ruby in color with garnet highlights, it is bright and lively. The nose is elegant, characterized by floral notes of rose and violet. The palate is intense, with sweet and silky tannins. The finish is long and harmonious.
