Description
Still organic white Soave DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pra Graziano. 100% Garganega. 0.75 l bottle, 2023 vintage. A Soave Classico born from the passion of Graziano Prà, a winemaker who has always chosen to follow the path of viticulture with commitment and honesty. Harvest from September 15th to October 15th. Soft pressing, fermentation temperature 16-18 degrees C, fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel. Intense and persistent, extremely fine. Floral, with fresh sensations of apple and pear, well-blended by a good mineral clarity and aromatic herbs, with sage in particular. Crystalline, straw yellow, fairly consistent. On the palate, it confirms the fresh and mineral vein, however, in excellent balance with the soft notes provided by the alcohol. Intense and persistent, it finishes with a pleasant almondy trail.
