The history of Podere Il Carnasciale has all the hallmarks of a fairy tale, like the ugly duckling that turned into a graceful white swan. This is because in Mercatale Valdarno there is a before and after Caberlot. We believe that the appeal of the wines from this area would not be so much in the spotlight if the Rogosky couple had not chosen to plant this grape variety. Every year, Caberlot arouses great expectations, especially because of the curiosity that all tasters have about the score it will achieve, and as always, the surprises are never negative. Read more
