Description
Still red wine from Sicily, 14.5% ABV, produced by Pietradolce. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2023 vintage. An Etna Rosso that expresses the volcanic soul of the terroir, with unique elegance and finesse. Maceration on the skins for 18 days. Aged for 3 months in fine-grained, lightly toasted French oak tonneaux. Aromas of pomegranate, iris, and pink pepper. Transparent, very bright ruby red. Decidedly fruity on the palate, with a tannic texture that takes hold upon retasting, along with a warm note that characterizes the finish.

We are one with our land: the Pietradolce vineyards stand out against the volcano, in perfect symbiosis with the broom, birches and lava stones. Read more
