Description
It is in the best areas of the Philipponnat vineyard that are home to the cuvée parcels of the Maison. The grapes selected for processing the Léon come from the historic grounds of the Maison, classified as Premier Cru and Grands Cru. These white wines obtained from milled black grapes are aged for at least seven years in the cellar. Their extra-brut dosage allows them to express all the complexity and aromatic richness.
