Description

This rosé, composed of predominantly Chardonnay grapes, with a small presence of Pinot Nero vinified in rosé, is perhaps the most sophisticated product by Pedrotti. Its long ageing on the lees and its balanced cuvée make it a balanced product that expresses its essence in every aspect.

A historic brand of Trentino oenology. In 1928 the company passed to his son Italo, who, driven by a great passion for expressing the potential of the Trentino territory, continued the tradition by pursuing a constant search for quality in wine production.

The same quest for quality and improvement is handed down to the third generation with his son Paolo, who, after completing his studies in oenology, devotes himself completely to wine production first and then to sparkling wine production.
