Description
Still organic red Chinon AOC, 13.1% ABV, produced by Patrick Lambert. 100% Cabernet Franc, 2019 vintage. A wine that expresses Patrick Lambert's passion for the Loire, with hand-picked grapes aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Patrick Lambert settled in 1990, expanded the estate in 1994, created his "Vieilles Vignes" vintage in 1995, and earned his first "coup de coeur" from the Guide Hachette des Vins with his "96". Ripe red fruit and blackcurrant. Garnet red. Lively attack, rounded and powerful tannins, well-balanced structure. Very long and slightly oaky finish. An elegant and complex wine, ideal for accompanying red meats and cheeses.
