Description
A dry sparkling rosé from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, 11% ABV, produced by Paltrinieri Gianfranco. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Lambrusco Radice that celebrates family tradition, with a winemaking process that enhances the characteristics of the native grape variety. The free-run must is vinified off the skins, followed by gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation, and natural refermentation in the bottle on native yeasts. A very fine and persistent perlage. Notes of raspberry and grapefruit blend into a fresh palate with crisp acidity. A wine that tells the story of a land and a passion passed down since 1926.
