Description
Still red from Burgundy, 13.5% ABV, produced by Nicolas Rossignol. Pommard AOC appellation, 0.75L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Pinot Noir that embodies the elegance and complexity of Pommard wines, fruit of the passion of Nicolas Rossignol, winemaker in Volnay. The terroir is a deep red, typical of Pommard. Its aromas build on small black berry fruits, evolving into profound notes of game, pepper, and leather. A deep, concentrated, dark ruby red color. Full-bodied, yet delicate and firm, it wraps the palate with dense, strong tannins. It finishes with a long finish.

In 2016 the construction of the new winery in Beaune began, which will allow the talented "vigneron" to express even better his great ability to interpret Pinot Nero from the "small" Bourgogne to the smallest facets of the Volnay passing through the Pommards: wines fine, elegant extraordinary examples of Pinot Noir in Côte de Beaune.
