Description
The king of special wines. Where nature, aided by the moon does what is usually done by man. Without the addition of sulphur, it is a clean, healthy wine. Nature in the glass. With an intense amber colour and a strong, youthful aroma reminiscent of grapes.

| Harvest | Late harvest, by hand, with a very short time between the vine and fermentation of no more than two hours |
| Wine making | The hand destemmed grapes are placed in new, modified oak barrels in the opening where fermentation, maceration and maturing on the skins takes place for about 8 months, without the addition of any chemicals. After this period, bottling is done by gravity during the full moon, without filtration. This is how our Lunar is born, it is indeed the wine that man finds in nature. |
