Description
Our rosé is characterised by a blend of 2 perpetual reserves: one white wine (Eugène) and one red wine. Our red wine is made from a single plot of Meunier from Cuisles, vinified and aged in barrels of at least 8 years. The old barrels are used to stimulate oxidation. The Meunier grapes vinified with long and cold pre-fermentation macerations are very special, which gives our rosé a great identity.
