Description
A still white from Argentina, 14.5% ABV, produced by the Michel Rolland Collection in the Cafayate Valley. A Torrontés that embodies the essence of the Argentine terroir, a wine born from the passion and experience of Dany and Michel Rolland, winemakers and winemakers who have enriched the family legacy with several French and international productions. 2021 vintage, 0.75L bottle. The grapes, grown at high altitude, ferment in small, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The nose is exuberant, an explosion of Muscat, lavender, verbena, exotic fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and very airy, yet retains all the aromatic richness of the nose. A perfect wine to accompany spicy dishes and seafood.
