Description
Still white wine from the Aosta Valley, 15% ABV, produced by Les Cretes. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the passion of a family that has cultivated vines with love and respect for the land for six generations. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and, after a night of chilling, are pressed whole to preserve their precious and very delicate aromatic profile. The nose is floral (lime blossom, hawthorn, and mountain herbs) and fruity (notes of apple and pear). The palate is savory, soft, fresh, and balanced, with a long, minerally finish.

| Story | This Pinot Gris is the fruit of our Alpine terroir with a clear varietal identity: its grapes are harvested when fully ripe and, after a night of cooling, they are pressed whole, to preserve their precious and very delicate aromatic content. The yield of the 2018 vintage is low because these are new vineyards, in their first year of production, which replaced the old vines that gave birth in 1994 to our Pinot Grigio Vigne Brulant. |
