Description
Petite Arvine Fleur still white wine, 14% ABV, produced by Les Cretes in the Aosta Valley. 0.75-liter bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Charrère family, who have cultivated vines with love and respect for the land for six generations. The grape variety is so named for its small grapes. Manual harvest, at the end of September. Soft pressing, 12-day fermentation in stainless steel (controlled temperature of 18°C). Aged 1-2 months "sur lies", with continuous batônnage. Floral on the nose, with fragrant notes of jasmine, peony, apple, plum, and citrus. Savory and fresh, with a marine undertone and lively minerality.
