Still white wine from the Loire, France, 12% ABV, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, produced by La Forchetiere. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc made on a 50-hectare estate in the Loire Valley. The château is located in the Vendée region, overlooking the Boulogne Valley. Its vineyards are spread across two districts: Melon and Folle Blanche. The vines are approximately 35 years old. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes. Pale yellow with green highlights. On the palate, the wine is dry, yet beautifully fresh, complemented by aromas of white fruit.
